High columns, panoramic windows, wide stairs and crystal chandeliers convey a grand look. This room can be easily transformed by using different decorations and exhibition stands.

The parquet lobby on the second floor is not only a convenient area for reaching the concert hall, but also for corporate events, filming for television, discos, and graduation proms. The parquet lobby is used for banquets (up to 400 people) or buffets (800 people).
Exhibitions, weddings and family events, presentations, press conferences, gala balls, master classes and fashion shows are held in the parquet lobby; a buffet zone, an animation area for children's events, a presentation area and a promotional area can also be set up.
A large front balcony that encircles the lobby is regularly used during events in summer. Entrances and exits can be accessed from the outside (front staircase), and from the inside of the building (from the parquet lobby).
It is about 6 metres wide on the front side of the building, and 12 metres on the right side of the building. There is a spectacular view from the front balcony of the Izmailovsky Kremlin, Vernissage, as well as the Church of the Intercession of Holy Virgin in Izmailovo and the Izmailovo Estate.
During ceremonial and ballroom events, the front balcony is the main entrance to the concert hall, which passes through a separate main staircase located near the main entrance to the building.
