The Izmailovo Concert Hall is a modern venue with a spacious lobby, a refurbished auditorium and new comfortable theatre seats.
The hall has a modern cloakroom for 1,000 persons, several restaurants, a recording studio and rehearsal facilities for musicians, photo and video studios, and shops. There is a private car park for more than 100 cars in front of the main entrance to the Concert Hall.
The Concert Hall has 920 seats and is designed to hold events of various scope and scale: from congresses, business forums, conferences and seminars to concerts of Russian and international stars, major festivals and official ceremonies, show programmes, shows, fashion shows, graduation parties, and fundraising concerts.

The backstage has four dressing rooms, 12 square metres each, and stage access. The rooms are equipped with everything needed to prepare for the stage performance: upholstered furniture, hangers, dressing tables, chairs, mirrors, and washbasins.
The first floor lobby is located at the level of the central entrance to the Izmailovo Concert Hall. It is conveniently divided into 2 zones: the entrance part with an adjoining cloakroom and men's/ladies' rooms. The lobby is used for arranging registration of the event, participants, a welcome zone, animation and promotional areas.
The parquet lobby on the second floor is not only a convenient area for reaching the concert hall, but also for corporate events, filming for television, discos, and graduation proms. If you want to hold an event in the Izmailovo Concert Hall, please:
1. Call the Administrator on (499) 166-65-21, agree on and book the date of the event. If you plan to install any equipment or decorations, put up exhibition stands, or hold rehearsals, you must book the additional time in advance. No night work is allowed on the premises.
2. Send a written booking application. Place the application on the website and email to info@zalizmailovo.ru.
3. Taking into account the format and specifics of the event, choose the premises, determine the design, equipment and arrangement of furniture, and catering.
4. Agree on the conditions for the use of equipment.
5. Determine the list of required additional services.
6. After all requests have been approved, you will sign an agreement and be issued with an invoice.
7. Booking confirmation shall be guaranteed upon receipt of payment.
